Job Description
Reporting to the Global Head of Qualitative Risk Management, you drive the implementation and continuous improvement of global risk management practices across Allianz Partners.
What You Do
- Lead and coordinate qualitative risk topics globally
- Act as a central point of contact for risk matters
- Identify, assess, monitor, and report business risks
- Support internal control framework and risk programs (e.g., financial, IT, compliance, operations)
- Provide risk advisory for projects and strategic initiatives
- Monitor regulatory changes and emerging risk trends
- Drive risk assessments, escalation, and mitigation actions
- Promote risk culture and deliver risk training
- Contribute to (and lead where relevant) Global ERM Centres of Competence
- Support global risk initiatives (Top Risk Assessment, NFRM, ITRM)
- Engage stakeholders, including senior management and auditors
