Taking ownership of and overseeing key aspects of the Risk Management Framework
Leading a high-performance culture within your immediate team and the wider Risk & Compliance function
Building relationships with stakeholders in Underwriting, Operations, Finance, and other areas of the business to understand their priorities and risk issues
Experience required:
Strong risk management experience
Strong execution skills and an ability to remain resilient under pressure and change
Strong knowledge of the Lloyd’s Market
