Hiring: AVP / VP – Risk Engineering (Power Sector)
Location: Pan-India | Travel: 70–90 days/year (domestic & global)
Experience: 10–15 years | Function: Risk, Engineering & Consulting
We’re looking for a seasoned Risk Engineer with strong experience in thermal/hydro power plants (renewables a plus) to lead high-impact risk assessments, site surveys, and technical evaluations for top-tier energy clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct detailed risk surveys at power generation facilities
- Deliver actionable risk reports with loss estimates & improvement plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Ops, and Insurance
- Support new project reviews and international risk placements
- Work closely with business leaders, from engineers to CXOs

- 8–15 years in Operations/Maintenance in power plants
- Strong grip on technical audits, risk analysis, and reporting
