RIGGER SUPERVISOR II

Summary You will serve as a RIGGER SUPERVISOR II in the RIGGING AND EQUIPMENT OPERATIONS DIVISION of the LIFTING AND HANDLING DEPARTMENT of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will serve as a second level supervisor over the Rigging branch comprised of supervisors, leaders and workers involved in nuclear and non-nuclear rigging operations. You will analyze present and future work schedules, determine the manpower, material, equipment, training, methods and other requirements needed to perform the work. You will determine work requirements by setting deadlines, sequence of operations, and standards of quality and quantity. You will be responsible for a wide range of personnel management matters such as developing DPMAP standards and rating lower level supervisors and employees.
