Your Tasks

Role Purpose: Drive RGM implementation across Spanish Speaking Latam and locally via enabling analytical deep dives and ensuring delivery.

RGM Manager owns Pricing, Promotion and Mix Management Agenda, ensuring the correct execution in Mexico and monitoring and giving guidance when needed across the region.

Main Accountabilities

Pricing

Owns effective pricing execution locally (on-time and right pricing with active market monitoring) and gatekeeps excellence in pricing execution across Latam.

Local Only

• Provide Pricing analysis to understand the categories landscape (e.g., price ranges, price positioning of brands / BDF vs competitors, pack sizes vs pricing, channel pricing, price corridor, price elasticity, identifying psychological pricing thresholds, correction of outliers).
• Ensures that PI Mitigation actions are penetrated into customer implementation plans.
