RF Device Engineer

• To be responsible for driving a leading edge process/device development and optimization of RFSOI devices in order to meet scaling, performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements for future RF front end application for mobile, auto, satcom and optical communications
• To design innovative devices with extensive TCAD simulation to achieve most competitive device performance and ensuring reliability
• Collaborate with layout engineer to design and tape out varous device structures to determin the best layout style for PCell
• To perform extensieve device characterization, analysis and reliability assessment with the aid of lab bench tester
• Work with RF engineer to optimize the RF performance and finalize the device BKM
• To work with modeling & PDK team for design enablement, model/ PCell validation
• To guide internal and external design team to select the suitable devices (type, geometry) for design win
