**Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Rework Operator**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on assembling, reworking, and repairing electro-mechanical products in a manufacturing environment, following detailed engineering documentation and industry standards. You perform soldering and rework to IPC specifications, diagnose and correct assembly defects, and support both production and prototype builds while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble electro-mechanical products using manufacturing drawings, work instructions, and engineering documentation.
+ Perform soldering, repair, and rework of assemblies in accordance with IPC standards, including IPC-A-610 and IPC-7711/7721 when applicable.
+ Diagnose and correct assembly defects, non-conformances, and quality issues to ensure products meet required specifications.
+ Conduct thorough self-inspections and verify workmanship throughout the assembly process....
