Executes and support of benefit processes/LTI China Support/GSC supportKeep Rewards policies / Knowledge Articles always updated Keep updated all Rewards local tools / platforms (e.g. Sharepoints, Benefits Lighthouse, etc…) Support / drive as needed Benefits reviews Keep updated on latest Benefits trends / legislation, etc ……. Contribute to build Rewards capabilities for the APA People team (e.g. PA, PP, TAA, etc…) Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders in Global /Regional Reward teams, EEO, Legal, Finance, Tax, M&A teams and external consultants/vendors Support Comp in Global Service Center Support Executive comp in China (Long term incentive) ...
