RevOps Systems & Automation Manager
RevOps Systems & Automation Manager required to join a growing Revenue Operations team at a leading SaaS business.
This is not a traditional CRM systems admin role. It’s a build-and-evolve position for someone who wants to co‑own and improve the core GTM systems landscape:
- Own, improve and optimise core GTM systems (Dynamics365+HubSpot)
- Identify manual, repetitive or inefficient processes and replace them with scalable automations
- Build and manage the integration of GTM systems and tools across the revenue stack (including DealHub)
- Develop and support custom functionality
- Help shape how Sales, Marketing, and CS teams actually operate
In your first 6months, your focus will be on:
- Stabilising and improving the current CRM environment
- Driving better data quality, structure, and usage
