Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Revenues Officer for a local authority in Bristol.
In this role, you will manage Council Tax recovery cases, administer revenues accounts accurately, and deliver excellent customer service while ensuring timely collection in line with legislation.
Duties:
- Manage Council Tax recovery cases and agree repayment arrangements.
- Update and maintain revenue accounts using NEC and Enterprise systems.
- Assess liability, discounts, exemptions, and reliefs in line with legislation.
- Respond to customer enquiries while delivering accurate, high-quality service.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Revenues Officer within a local authority environment.
- Strong knowledge of Council Tax recovery processes and legislation.
- Experience using NEC and Enterprise revenues systems.
