Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the development, maintenance, and evolution of reporting and analytics across Sales
- Act as the central point of contact for business intelligence, translating stakeholder needs into scalable data models, dashboards, and actionable insights
- Design, build, and maintain intuitive Power BI dashboards across Sales
- Develop scalable data models and standardized metrics to ensure consistency across reporting
- Partner with Sales and leadership to gather business requirements
- Deliver insights on pipeline health, conversion, forecasting, and revenue trends
- Work with CRM systems (Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics) to ensure data integrity and alignment
- Manage dashboard updates, enhancements, and small change requests
