Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design and own the end-to-end enablement strategy for revenue teams across pre-sale and post-sale motions
- Build structured onboarding programs for SDR, BDR, AE, CSM, and Solutions Engineering
- Lead ongoing training and upskilling sessions including objection handling and product deep-dives
- Develop and manage enablement content such as battlecards, competitive matrices, and pitch decks
- Collaborate with Sales/RevOps to track enablement KPIs like ramp time and quota attainment
- Partner with Marketing and Product to align content with GTM strategies
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Revenue Ops, or Sales Management
- Experience in a SaaS environment
- Direct exposure to SDR, AE, CSM, or presales roles
- Familiarity with GTM tech stacks
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring results
