Pay: $576,000.00 - $1,200,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person

Responsibilities Supervising the Revenue Cycle Department functions including collections, cash posting and billing. Overseeing the hiring and training of staff. Efficiently managing patient complaints in respect of billing and collections. Planning and structuring the department workflow and staffing. Managing the billing cycle to ensure all claims are billed accurately and on time. Develop SOPs and oversee the training program. Collaborate with the US based counterpart. Additional duties as assigned. Requirements College degree in finance, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field. Fluent in English and Spanish required.
