As the Mountain Sports School Schedule Supervisor, your role is pivotal in coordinating lesson operations and instructor workflows. You will take charge of scheduling, manage dispatch processes, and support instructors and guests in any scheduling-related queries. Identifying operational needs and providing effective solutions will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and adjust instructor schedules daily
• Dispatch instructors during morning lineup runs
• Welcome groups back and confirm lesson completions
• Handle sick calls and time-off requests promptly
• Ensure clear communication of daily schedules
Requirements:
• Must have work eligibility in Canada
