Returns Quality & Analytics Analyst - Dubai

Amazon Dubai is seeking a Product Quality Analyst (L3) to execute test cases for the returns experience across desktop and mobile, identify bugs, validate end-to-end refund and shipping flows, and maintain test documentation. The role also analyzes returns data, creates dashboards, and generates reports to support data-driven decisions.

The candidate will perform A/B testing analysis to measure feature impact, provide recommendations, and collaborate with teams while communicating in English.
