Returns Coordinator - Hybrid Remote

The primary function of this role is performing system adjustments accurately during real time delivery release through an extensive and complex multi-system checks-and-balance research process. A Returns Coordinator maintains an open flow of communication between Delivery Managers, Depots, Customer Care, Returns, Inventory Control and WMS Operations, supporting a cooperative Management Team to research, assess, identify and enact systemic, account and inventory corrections. A Returns Coordinator also audits service route result codes to ensure contractual billing accuracy.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Identify and perform SAP ER1/EW1 adjustments in real time while auditing delivery and service results using documented release procedures (using SharePoint, DispatchTrack, BobLink, SAP ER1 and EW1, Outlook)
