Retention Marketing Lead (CRM) for Ecommerce - Hybrid

Underground Ecom is seeking a CRM Manager to lead retention marketing strategies for 3–5 ecommerce clients. You will create strategies, communicate with clients, execute within Klaviyo, and manage projects to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities include developing retention campaigns, content calendars, segmentation, and automation maps while coordinating with the creative and CS teams to deliver timely results.
