Retention & DebiCheck Specialist

Optimi Learning seeks a customer-focused, resilient Retentions and DebiCheck Consultant to join the Centurion team. You will engage with existing clients to retain enrolments and manage DebiCheck processes in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has Grade 12, MS Office proficiency, and fluent English. Two years of sales-related experience is advantageous, with responsibilities including handling retention queries, building client relationships, and meeting monthly targets.
