THE ROLE

• Booking flights, hotels and car hire and any special requests to domestic and worldwide destinations
• Prepare deluxe itineraries in line with client high expectations
• Manage superior and professional communication with clients and suppliers
• Provide support with travel requests including airfares (issues, reissues and cancellations, etc.) accommodation, and ground transportation
• Always maximise potential travel savings, whilst advising travellers on the most suitable and safe products available
• Stay updated on the latest luxury travel trends to be able to provide expert advice to your clients
