Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise store associates effectively
• Manage merchandising and stock shipments
• Ensure high customer service standards
• Conduct manager-on-duty tasks for the team
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of retail experience
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Open availability across shifts
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
