Hours: 20 per week. Pay: £13.61 per hour (guaranteed minimum 20 hours).

Responsibilities

• Support the manager to run an efficient shop and deliver a great customer service
• Take full responsibility for running the shop in the manager’s absence – ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries are worked quickly and shop routines are completed to keep the shop safe, clean and tidy
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop retail assistants
• Control operational costs, including shrinkage, waste and payroll
