Job Overview

Mitie is looking for a Retail security officer who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst creating a safe shopping environment, free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.

Pay rate: £13.96

Responsibilities

• Deliver industry-leading customer service.
• Deterrence of violence and public order offences.
• Conduct patrols of the store.
• Utilise CCTV systems to support reduction of crime and stock loss.
• Liaise with store management teams.
• Liaise with Police and crime partnerships where required to support reduction of crime in store.
• Wear Body Worn CCTV to support reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety.
