Retail Sales Representative

To sell the company's frozen potato products to retail outlets within an assigned territory, ensuring product availability, proper display, and strong customer relationships to achieve individual sales targets. 
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct daily sales calls to retail outlets according to route plans.
• Take orders and ensure accurate entry into the ordering system.
• Achieve individual sales targets for volume and value.
• Ensure proper product display, shelf placement, and visibility.
• Implement trade promotions and provide promotional materials.
• Monitor competitor activity and report market feedback
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and owners.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Submit daily call reports and sales activity updates.
