Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement. Convert walk-ins into customers using consultative selling. Increase average bill value through upselling and cross-selling. Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience. Handle billing and POS transactions accurately. Maintain product knowledge and demonstrate features confidently. Support inventory management, visual merchandising, and store upkeep. Resolve customer queries and assist during peak store hours.
