Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and explore potential clients
• Actively engage with prospects through calls, messages, emails, and in-person visits
• Promote and present products/services to customers based on their needs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Close deals and follow through on post-sale coordination
• Collaborate with the team for sales strategies and client support
• Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and feedback

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, or any related course (preferred but not required)
• Atleast 2-3 years experience in sales or client-facing roles
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Results-driven and motivated to hit sales targets
• Can work independently and manage multiple accounts
• Organized and detail-oriented
