Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency, productivity, and profitability in the Retail Operations Department
• Monitor and manage all retail operational processes, including but not limited to inventory management, merchandising, manpower management, and in-store execution excellence
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a high level of operational excellence
• Monitor the performance of key operational metrics, such as Share of Shelf, Share of Display, CSL. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize these metrics and achieve business objectives.
