Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and full pre‑sale preparation of goods.
• Arrange and display goods according to company rules.
• Monitor availability, quality, expiration dates, and proper labeling and pricing.
• Manage stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, and provide insights to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and legal requirements.
• Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
