Description

Position at JBS USA Value Added/Ground Beef Case Ready Engineer:Lead, support and direct the Engineering & Maintenance execution activities in JBS Tolleson Case Ready Division. Responsible for the leadership, management and development of 2 Case Ready Maintenance Managers to further develop supervisors and hourly team members. Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing processes and facilities to improve all plant metrics. Recommend, scope, plan, design, develop and execute capital projects.

Develop the Engineering Organization through recruitment and team member development on fundamental engineering principles, with utilization of existing maintenance Dupont training program

Develop and lead the execution of the Preventative Maintenance Plans for the case ready division including Business Opportunity, Essential, Equipment and Infrastructure projects
