Retail Operations Coordinator (Mall Experience)

Key Result Areas (KRA’s)

• Ensure that tenants adhere to the signed lease agreement with regards to: pricing, level and quality of merchandise, look and feel of the store, permitted usage, rules and regulations of the mall, store timings.
• Renovation of stores: initiate renovation process with tenants who have specifically agreed to renovation in their signed lease agreement; also initiate the process with tenants that mall management has deemed necessary for tenants to renovate their tenancies.
• Retail related new practical ideas in terms of improvements towards look and feel of the mall.
• Carry out regular tenant inspections and report to the Retail Manager, for individual stores on a monthly basis.
• Co-ordinate with the maintenance department for all maintenance related queries.
• Perform any other relevant task as directed by Head of Retail.
