Retail Manager- Firearms

POSITION SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Retail Manager‑Firearms gives daily direction to the associates in one of the departments within the store, to include: merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing, sales enhancements, stocking, and customer service activities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Supports GM in leadership of firearm sales and compliance with ATF, state, local laws, company policies and procedures, including 4473, 3310, state and internally required firearm forms
• Provides direction and guidance to Sales Outfitters in firearm safe handling, safety, operations, and customer experience standards within the firearms department
• Supports the GM in achievement of Departmental Sales, Gross Margin, Inventory Shrinkage and Payroll Goals.
• Provides daily direction to the associates within the department.
