Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Middle East Brand Director Niche & Wellness
- Responsible for the overall management of the retail business
- Driving both commercial performance and brand value through retail and wholesale doors across the UAE
- Ensure delivery of sales, profitability, KPI goals and business objectives
- Ensure teams maintain constant client communication through clienteling and CRM
- Collaborate with Marketing to deliver market-relevant initiatives that drive traffic, conversion and engagement
- Identify and lead business opportunities beyond day-to-day operations to support sustained regional growth
- Shape the evolution of clienteling, CRM, retail experience and flagship positioning across the region
- Delivering exceptional and consistent customer experience in line with the brand service and proposition
