Retail Manager

A vacancy exists for a qualified Retail Manager, to work in the retail environment of the hospitality industry (retail food selling trucks) in the Sydney region of NSW.

Minimum of three years relevant experience and a Diploma, or alternatively four years relevant experience

Salary package - $85K to $95K per annum, plus superannuation.

Duties include:

1. Planning, co-ordinating and directing the day to day operations of multiple mobile outlets
2. Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to maximise revenue and profitability
3. Managing inventory levels, stock control, purchasing and supplier relationships
4. Managing and supervise staff, including recruitment, training, rostering and performance management
5. Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety law and relevant regulatory
