Job Description
The Retail Lending Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of the bank's retail loan portfolio, including loan origination, evaluation, approval, and post-disbursement monitoring. The role ensures that lending operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the bank's credit policies and profitability objectives.
