Retail Expansion & Property Development Lead

CVQuest is looking for a proficient Property and Development Manager to lead the full property lifecycle for Target Meats’ retail expansion. This role includes securing locations, managing lease negotiations, overseeing construction, and ensuring compliance across all stores. The successful candidate will deliver projects on time and within budget while ensuring sustainable growth.

You will manage supplier relationships and work closely with municipal bodies to maintain a development pipeline, alongside overseeing the company-owned Silverton FoodHub center.
