Retail Customer Service

Job Summary

Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend appropriate solutions. They promptly resolve concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain the high‑quality visual standards of the store. They also consistently meet sales goals.

Compensation

Full‑time, multi‑location role: $16.60 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
