Retail Customer Experience Specialist

OneStop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join their team in Ryton. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, and maintaining the store's appearance in a dynamic retail environment. Your contributions will directly support the store's operational success.

You will engage with customers, facilitate a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure safety by following procedures. Flexibility to manage shifts in the absence of the Store Manager is required.
