Retail Customer Experience Specialist

IGO Digital High Technology Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking Retail Customer Service Representatives to help shoppers with inquiries, purchases, and returns while delivering excellent service.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat, provide product/pricing information, assist with orders/returns, and keep precise transaction records. Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays; paid training on retail systems and processes will be provided.
