Job Description
**_POSITION SUMMARY:_** The role of the Retail Cashier supports and contributes to store productivity and profitability through customer service excellence, a consistent brand experience and the ability to build emotional connection with the guest.
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**
+ Models the BIG Experience in all guest interactions providing genuine Ozarks hospitality and outstanding service
+ Processes transactions in an efficient and accurate manner
+ Ability to perform opening and closing procedures
+ Stays up to date on product knowledge to make accurate to beneficial recommendations to guests
+ Stays up to date on resort-wide knowledge to share with guests in a confident and fun manner
+ Demonstrates knowledge and insight regarding inventory levels, customer feedback and product requests and can suggest alternate options (SWAT).
+ Maintain a high level of cleanliness, safety, and merchandising standards throughout the store.
