Job Description Manage the day-to-day operations of a retail butchery, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient store performance. Supervise, motivate, and develop the butchery team, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management. Oversee stock ordering, receiving, storage, and inventory control to ensure product availability while minimising waste. Ensure high standards of product quality, presentation, merchandising, and freshness. Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to achieve sales and profitability targets. Manage cash-ups, stock control, and general administrative duties. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and company policies.
