Lead exceptional customer service as a Retail Assistant Manager, ensuring every interaction meets our service standards. This role combines team leadership, operations management, and training in a dynamic retail environment.
In this position, you will coach and mentor retail teams, manage daily operations, and enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities include the execution of inventory processes, oversight of eCommerce fulfillment, and acting as a key department leader in the absence of the Store Manager. Your ability to build effective schedules and facilitate staff training will drive department success.
