Your mission
We are looking for a Retail Area Supervisor to strengthen the Retail team in our L'Oréal Luxe division in Oslo, Norway, for a fixed-term cover position. In this role, you will be responsible for a district – both on operation tasks and sell out.
You will report to the Norwegian Retail Unit Manager and work closely together with the local brand teams and with your colleagues in the Norwegian Omni Field team. You will build a strong relationship with the Retailers store managers and Beauty advisors in the stores.

- Be responsible for a given district with Omni doors, ensuring operational excellence.
- Be responsible for the Oslo area plus one remote district, which requires travel approximately once per quarter.
- Secure sell-out in your district according to budget, both in total and per key brands/skincare category.
