We are looking for a Retail Advisor to be the face of our company. This role is critical to delivering a unique, customer‑focused experience at our new facility.
What you’ll do
- Deliver a uniquely special experience to each and every one of our customers inside our new facility.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Inspect vehicles, assess aspects to identify potential issues, ensuring high‑quality service.
- Accurately and efficiently complete customer paperwork and take thorough notes in the tracking system.
- Assist other team members with tasks as necessary.
What we’re looking for
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:
- 1+ years experience in the retail industry – an asset.
- 2+ years of customer‑facing experience.
