Results-Driven Inbound/Outbound Sales Specialist

TP in Penang is seeking an Assisted Sales Advisor to handle marketing, sales and order fulfillment for client products through web and telesales channels, supporting both new and existing customers. You will manage inbound/outbound sales, provide product recommendations and pre-sales support, process and track orders, and strive to meet sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years in BPO/inbound sales, strong communication
