• Assist the Food & Beverage Operations Director with developing short- and long-term financial operational plans for assigned outlets.
• Monitor performance through verification and analysis of customer service systems and financial reports.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional service by maintaining high staff morale and team spirit through active communication, training, and coaching.
• Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations, investigating guest concerns and implementing corrective action.
