Job Description
What you will do as part of our team:
- Consistently deliver professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Record amounts received and prepare transaction reports.
- Performs necessary checks for a specific function.
- Assist the Assistant Restaurant Manager in ensuring that the point of sale is efficiently managed according to the established concept.
- Be a hands‑on supervisor and be present at all times at the point of sale, especially during peak periods.
- Establish and develop beverage preparation and service training.
- Assist in performing monthly inventory checks of all operational equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with the F&B; Department on daily operations and quality control.
- Complete scheduled inventories of supplies, food and liquor.
- Perform cash closing of assigned outlet according to established SO/ Sotogrande procedures.
