Job Description
Responsibilities
- Participation and input towards F & B Marketing activities.
- Lead and supervisedaily operation of Restaurant/Bar set-ups and service
- To supervise andco-ordinate daily operation of Restaurant/Bar set-ups and service.
- Set staff workschedules and monitor staff performances.
- To supervised openingand closing the restaurant/bar/VLT room.
- Maintaining the Barcontrol policies and completion of necessary forms.
- Train new staff and supervise the overall staff.
- Resolve customercomplaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed - shouldbe customer oriented.
- Consistent check of Restaurant/Bar,Restaurant/Bar services and Plate presentation. Inspect what we expect.
- Attention to Detail.Must be able to determine functionality of meeting spaces.
- Maintain records forinventory, labour cost, and food cost etc.
