About the Role

Supervisor (Sunset Lounge) to join the Food &Beverage Department at Jumeirah Mallorca.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the Infinity Pool outlet while maintaining Jumeirah service standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs, handling complaints professionally, and building guest relationships.
• Supervise, support, and guide the team to maintain high service, safety, and operational standards.
• Monitor restaurant performance, service flow, guest satisfaction, and quality of food &beverage presentation.
• Coordinate scheduling, special events, and operational resources while controlling costs, wastage, and budgets.
• Maintain strong collaboration with kitchen and F&B leadership to ensure efficient and high‑quality operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar hospitality or luxury F&B operations role.
