Restaurant Manager — Key Responsibilities (reporting to General Manager)
- Be fully accountable for opening and closing the restaurant on time, following all set procedures.
- Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth, efficient shift running.
- Manage staff scheduling and oversee on-shift guest service standards.
- Be accountable for daily sales, cash handling, and safe keeping of all cash and payment records.
- Execute ordering and inventory control as per SOP guidelines, maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Oversee venue housekeeping and workplace safety compliance.
- Maintain operational consistency, enabling the General Manager to focus on higher-level priorities.
