Job Description
Join as a full-time Restaurant Manager with competitive pay of $28 hourly. You’ll play a key role in daily operations, focusing on budgeting and service excellence at our establishment.
You’ll supervise a dynamic team of 5-10 individuals while developing operational budgets and evaluating performance. Experience between 1-2 years in a similar role is essential, along with the ability to manage inventory and customer relations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement operational procedures effectively
• Organize inventory and maintain supply levels
• Adjust food preparation and menu pricing as needed
• Address customer concerns promptly
• Train and supervise restaurant staff
Requirements:
• College/CEGEP education is preferred
• 1-2 years of management experience required
