Working Hours: Shift starts 9am to 10pm

Working Days: 5.5 days work week

Salary Range: $3000 - $3800

• Co-manage the daily operation of the restaurant with the Restaurant Manager
• Take full ownership and responsibility of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager and ensure smooth service flow with the team
• Oversee all front- and back-of-house duties in restaurant
• Familiarise the whole floor operation by carrying out the different role of every floor position such as hosting, serving, cashiering etc.
• Provide a high quality of service and deliver excellent dining experience to all customers
